Vice President of Training Services, New York, Boston

Overall Accountability and Job Summary

Contributes to the professional development of new and current Zweave Federal and Commercial customers by developing and delivering technical and non-technical training programs. Supports Zweave’s products and provides related product training to the external market. Reports to the Director of Product Development.

  • Provide meaningful training programs to external audiences by identifying the learning objectives, selecting instructional methodologies and appropriate training media and preparing training and resource manuals.
  • Impact current Zweave customers ability to accomplish job results and support solution implementations by conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum and delivering technical and non-technical training programs internally.
  • Evaluate training and development effectiveness by assessing the application of learning to job performance and recommending future training and development programs to clients.
  • Lead Zweave’s on-demand training programs
  • Evaluate training development tools, participate in the selection decision and develop a plan to implement the selected tools internally.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of Zweave’s training programs by supporting web, back office, sales and Business development teams in delivering and growing Training revenue.
  • Maintain knowledge of instructional technologies by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
  • Proficient in training program design and delivery, including computer-based training techniques.

Must know excel, word, PPT, Web searching.

Minimum 15 hours a week.
