Hoyt David Morgan
Chief Marketing Officer
Hoyt is responsible for marketing strategy and execution at Zweave, including channel sales, enterprise sales and direct to consumer efforts. He is charged with ensuring that the industry, including potential partners and customers, understand the vision of the company leadership and the solution’s full value. Hoyt must then ensure that this “understanding” translates into large-scale adoption of Zweave as industry standard for PLM in the apparel industry.
Hoyt has a successful track record of leading both technology and financial companies from start-up into high growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Marketing at College Loan Corporation (CLC) and lead the consumer marketing efforts (the largest CLC division). With his leadership on the team, the company became the seventh-largest student loan company in the United States and originated over $20 billion in student loans to help over 800,000 families pay for college. Prior to CLC, Hoyt held several leadership positions at software and internet start-ups, and helped guide these companies from launch through high growth and to “exits”. Hoyt’s philosophy is to rapidly grow the customer base through superior strategic planning and an intense focus on the customer.
Hoyt graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics, a Certificate in Marketing & Management Sciences and a Minor in History. Hoyt has spoken at several conferences across the United States on the topic of how customer experience and expectations should dictate successful business and marketing strategy.
